No. 3-ranked Carlos Alcaraz overcame losing 16 straight points to beat Jaume Munar 5-7, 6-3, 6-1 to make the Japan Open final. It will be Alcaraz's first final since coming back from a 4 1/2-month layoff for a wrist injury.
